For us to grant pardon to any hypothetical person who did not respond to the gospel of Jesus Christ seems to be tantamount to calling Jesus (and Peter and Paul), a liar. If he is truly my Lord - it is really your - you can not call him a liar, or to express their statements contradict each other. We must, instead, obey your call "Disciple all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, and teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you" (Matthew 28:19-20).
