If you spend time daily in prayer and mediation, which is a balance. This balance is very important that other scientists who may fall under the ego wants, our wishes and desires, or our fears. Many people who first walk the spiritual path is lost in these things.They lost sight of why you go every day to a spiritual plane is to live better in the physical plane. When we are grounded in this balance or who are less likely to fall prey to flights of fantasy. To undertake a spiritual jouey, people just need a little 'old common sense.
